residential condominium communities, encourages the use of condominium
community recreation facilities through social interaction. At the Del
Cup tournaments, great pleasure is derived from meeting and taking part
in friendly competition with participants from other Del managed condominiums.

has been delighted to provide these annual tournaments for the past 22
years and we enjoy spending time with our clients in the various relaxed

addition, each year, Del invites artists residing in Del-managed condominium
communities to participate in Del’s Calling All Artists’
Art Show. It is a one-day event that is well received.
