ACMO 2000 Certification
In 2000, the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Condominium Management Standards Council (CMSC) presented Del Property Management Inc. with a beautiful plaque to signify their recognition of Del as an inaugural recipient of certification in the ACMO 2000 Quality Standards Program. We are proud of this accomplishment.
2022 & 2023 Consumer's Choice Award
Del's highest priority has always been client satisfaction. So it is particularly gratifying that our firm was recently presented with the Gold Consumers' Choice Award every year since 2005; which recognizes excellence in this respect.
2022 Top Choice for Excellence Award
Ethnic consumers in the Greater Toronto Area voted Del Property Management Inc. the Top Choice for Excellence Award winner, as their preferred residential property management company, for the 15th consecutive year.
Best Workplaces 2014 Award
We are pleased and proud to announce that Del Property Management Inc. has been selected as one of Canada's Top 50 Best Workplaces for 2014. This is the third consecutive year that we have achieved this ranking. In addition, Del earned exceptional special recognition as the 19th Best Workplace in Canada for Women. 2013/2014 Canadian Condominium Institute Ambassador Recognition Award

2006 REMI Award
