How DEL supports boards
At DEL Property Management, we are dedicated to empowering board members with the tools, guidance, and expertise needed to lead their communities effectively.

Your property manager is your first point of contact for daily matters and immediate needs. Senior managers provide additional expertise, helping to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operations.
We guide boards through the planning and execution of major capital projects offering expert insight on timelines, trade partners, and compliance. Our team prepares detailed budgets, develops investment programs, and ensures every financial plan aligns with the community’s long-term needs and vision.
Through regular board meeting participation, we present reports, propose actionable solutions, and offer guidance on policy, maintenance, and operations. Whether the need is preventative planning, resource allocation, or crisis resolution, our recommendations are rooted in decades of experience managing a wide range of property types.
We believe informed boards and residents make stronger communities. DEL provides education sessions, customer service webinars, and regular communications through newsletters and Delagram 2.0. These channels keep everyone up to date on building operations, community initiatives, and industry developments.
We don’t just manage buildings—we foster connections. Through the DEL Lifestyle Program, we help create welcoming, desirable places to live by encouraging events, engagement programs, and opportunities for residents to connect and share experiences.
DEL actively participates in industry organizations such as CCI and ACMO, giving our clients access to the benefits of membership, current best practices, and valuable networking opportunities. Our involvement in conferences, luncheons, and training events ensures we remain at the forefront of property management excellence.
