Our humbling beginning starts with Jack DelZotto, who immigrated to Canada from northern Italy in 1927. After a few winters in northern Ontario, he moved to Toronto and began building beautifully crafted single-family homes.

DEL proudly entered the condominium sector in 1968, providing professional property management services from the very beginning of condominium living in Ontario.

DEL expanded beyond Tridel-built communities, taking on the management of condominiums across the GTA and building a reputation for quality, trust, and expertise.

Awarded the ACMO 2000 Certification, one of the inaugural firms recognized for meeting the highest quality standards.

First awarded the Consumers’ Choice Gold Award in 2005 — and honoured with it every year since, marking 20 consecutive years of outstanding client satisfaction.

Introduced the Energy Manager Program, advancing sustainability and efficiency across condominium communities.

First voted the Top Choice Award for Excellence in 2008, and chosen every year for 15 years running, as the GTA’s preferred residential property management company.

DEL proudly manages more than 90,000 condominium homes with a 98% client retention rate, continuing to lead the industry with innovation, service, and care.
