We are proud to support leading organizations that make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Through our contributions to CAMH, SickKids Foundation, Their Opportunity, Daily Bread Food Bank, and Toys for Tots to name a few; we aim to support mental health care, advance pediatric research and treatment, fight food insecurity, and bring joy to children during the holiday season.














DPM is partnering with the Tridel Group of Companies and Humaniti to empower youth through the Backpacks of Hope initiative.
This year, our shared mission is clear: Empower underprivileged children and youth with the tools they need to start the school year strong and confident. Together with Humaniti, we are assembling and distributing backpacks filled with essential school supplies, hygiene products, and dental kits to youth in need across Toronto's underserved communities.

Through our Wellness and Engagement Committee, we actively celebrate the diversity of our workforce by organizing cultural events that honour significant observances such as Diwali, Black History Month, and others that reflect the rich multicultural fabric of our teams.
